Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 315, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Kurra, District - Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with three named accused persons and one unknown person is stated to have assaulted the deceased person with lathi-danda and fist, causing his death on 23.09.2025 at about 11:30 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR.
