Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.684 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Orai, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no motive for the applicant to commit the said offence, as such, it is a clear cut case of false implication. The FIR itself is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the applicant is languishing in jail since 25.10.2021, as such, the period of incarcerati
