Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.684 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201, 34 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Orai, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no motive for the applicant to commit the said offence, as such, it is a clear cut case of false implication. The FIR itself is delayed by about six days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
