It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the case of applicant is at better footing to the named accused person Rahul Joshi, who has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.8.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.21786 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 27.11.2024, having no criminal history.
