Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C. and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Fariha, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. The star witness is P.W. 2, who has not supported the prosecution story and is declared hostile. Subsequently, P.W. 3 has also been examined during trial and he has completely resiled from his earlier statement and has been cross-examined by the public prosecutor
