Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 352 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 238 B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act., Police Station Sardhana, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that her 16 years old daughter has been enticed away by the applicant on 21.7.2024 at about 10.00 am, when she had gone to Subharti hospital. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
