Heard Sri Satendra Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.353 of 2019, under Sections 302/34 I.P.C., Police Station- Nanuta, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about seven days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that initially the FIR was instituted U/s 147, 148, 302 I.P.C., but subsequently the final report (charge-sheet) was submitted against the applicant only that too U/s 304A, 427, 279 I.P.C., which are bailable, but on the prot
