Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 61(2), 238(A), 123 B.N.S., Police Station Chhaprauli, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR. Her name has come up in the confessional statement of the co-accused person, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 26.2.2025 and she is ready to cooperate with trial. In case, the applicant is released on bail, she wil
