Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.541 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 109, 117(2), 131, 351(2), 103(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Sahjanwa, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant alongwith five other named accused persons and some unknown persons is stated to have assaulted and caused injuries to four persons in all of which one Rajat Singh succumbed to the injuries subsequently.
