Heard Sri Sanjive Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.290 of 2025, under Section 103(1) BNS, Police Station Gunnaur, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that admittedly there is cross- version to the incident as two persons from the side of applicant have also sustained injuries in the said incident. Although the applicant has been assigned the role of having assaulted the deceased person with Farsa, but the said allegations are per se false and at this point of time it cannot be ascertained as to which party was the aggressor one. 5.
