Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Abhishek Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.97 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 238 B.N.S. and 5m/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Deoband, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up only on the basis of one CCTV footage in which the applicant is seen coming from the side of the place of recovery of the dead body. 5.
