Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 666 of 2023, under Sections 323, 307, 201, 302, 504, 34 I.P.C., Police Station Ramgarhtal, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. PW- 1, PW-2 and PW-3 are the star witnesses of which two are the injured persons and they have not supported the prosecution story in examination- in-chief and have resiled from their earlier statements during cross- examination and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile.
