By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Ajay Kumar @ Anshu, seeks bail in Case Crime No. 417 of 2025, under Section 69 of B.N.S., Police Station Rath, District Hamirpur. 3. The F.I.R. dated 17.09.2025 was lodged by the victim herself alleging therein that on 13.10.2024 the applicant had enticed away her with him on the false promise of marriage and took her to Delhi where he kept her for a month and also established sexual relations with her, thereafter, the applicant took her to his parental house and kept her for three months and also established sexual relations with her, thereafter, he took her again to Delhi where also he established sexual relations with her and suddenly on 13.08.2025 he left her. 4.
