Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 317 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 351(3), 352, 109, 103(1) of BNS, Police Station - Sadar Bazar, District - Mathura, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Manju Devi, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
