The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.426 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120- B IPC, Police Station Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5.
