Court No. - 66 HON'BLE KRISHAN PAHAL, J. 1. List has been revised. 2. Heard Sri Praveen Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 60 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(A) of BNS, Police Station- Kapsethi, District - Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant and the other witnesses have been examined as P.Ws. 1 to 9 in court and have not supported the prosecution story. They have completely resiled from their earlier statements given to the I.O. and the allegations of the FIR. The witnesses have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile.
