The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 219 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant. The first one was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.8.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 29314 of 2021. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that as a new ground, it is the period of incarceration on which the applicant is entitled for bail as he is in jail since 14.5.2021 and more than four and a half years have
