The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 342 of 2025, under Sections 8/18/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Jait, District Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegation against the applicant is that he is involved in the illegal supply of contraband. He submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name was surfaced during the course of investigation in the confessional statement of the co- accused.
