The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 71 of 2011 under Sections 307/34, 302/34, 504 I.P.C., Police Station- Eka, District-Firozabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was on bail in the instant case, but inadvertently could not appear on 26.06.2024 and N.B.W. was issued against him. The applicant surrendered on 08.01.2025. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the applicant is in jail since 08.01.2025 and he is ready to cooperate with trial.
