The accused applicant-Monu @ Kaushal Chaurasiya is involved in Case Crime No.1007 of 2025 under Sections 87, 70(1) of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the incident is alleged to have taken place on 30.10.2025, whereas the F.I.R., has been lodged on 31.10.,2025 without there being any plausible explanation of such delay. He further submits that the victim is major aged about 20 years. He further submits though there is an allegation of rape against the applicant and the co-accused but perusal of the injury report shows that no external or internal injury has been sustained by the victim. Further, no injury seen on her private parts, copy of the injury report is at page no.15 of the paper
