Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 42 of 2025, under Sections 190(2), 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 109, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, Police Station - Bithauli, District - Etawah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 04.11.2025 at about 04:00 P.M., the applicant, along with four named accused persons and two unknown persons, is alleged to have caused injuries to four persons in all, out of whom one succumbed to the injuries, while three injured persons survived. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in
