Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.189 of 2025 (S.T. No.217/2025), under Sections 103(1) B.N.S. and 4/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Bhogaon, District- Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The deceased had left his shop on 6.4.2025 and did not return, as such, a missing report was instituted by his wife on 8.4.2025.
