Heard Sri Azaz Ahmad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.370 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Loni Border, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. She has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and her name has come up in the confessional statement of co-accused person, which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. 5.
