Heard Shri Anil Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ramendra Pal Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sukhwinder Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 800 of 2025, under Section 8/18/25/60 of NDPS Act, Police Station-Robertsganj, District-Sonbhadra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.08.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Jasvindar Singh and Bhagwan Singh, have been granted bail this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36465 of 2025 and 42160 of 2025 vide orders dated 10.11.2025 and 08.12.2025.
