It has been pointed out that the name of the applicant has wrongly been mentioned in the memo of the bail application as well as in the cause title as Sirazuddin Khan in place of Sirajuddin Khan. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that he has already filed a supplementary affidavit for rectification of the said mistake and an appropriate direction be issued to the Registry to rectify the error. Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the computer records as well as other records.
