Gunjan Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Session Trial No.209 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No.98 of 2017, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C. (new section 103(1), 238 B.N.S.), Police Station- Sultanpur Ghosh, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. In all five witnesses have been examined and none of them has seen the applicant going with the deceased person at the relevant point of time, as such, the said exercise is not fruitful.
