Under the circumstances, I myself have perused the record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.195 of 2017 (S.T. No.579 of 2017), under Sections 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Tharwai, District Allahabad/Prayagraj with the prayer to enlarge her on bail. 4. This is the third bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first and second bail applications were rejected by this Court vide orders dated 9.5.2023 and 22.8.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.13243 of 2022 and 7562 of 2024, respectively. 5. This Court had called for the status of trial from the concerned trial court.
