Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.303 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The co-accused person Ansh is stated to have shot the deceased person and caused his death. There is only one gunshot injury sustained by the deceased person. 5.
