Heard Sri Raghvendra Prakash, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.454 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Khekra, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the similarly placed co-accused person, Chintu @ Saurabh, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.30580 of 2025. As the role of the applicant is identical to that of the said co-accused, except for the fact that there is recovery of CMP at his pointing out, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. There is no criminal history of the applicant. He is languishing in jail
