Bhure Balmiki), arising out of Case Crime No.07 of 2024, under Section 302 of I.P.C. and Section 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Nagphani, District Moradabad, whereby accused opposite party No.2 has been acquitted by Court below of the charges framed against him. 3. Brief facts of the case are that appellant-informant, who is the son of opposite party No.2, filed a written report/Tehrir Ext. Ka-1 in Police Station Nagphani, District Moradabad stating therein that he is the son of Bhure (opposite party No.2).
