The present appeal has been filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 29.07.2025 passed by District & Sessions Judge, Agra in Sessions Trial No. 754 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 543 of 2018, State vs. Banwari and another, under section 302/34 IPC, Police Station Bah, District Agra, with the delay of 49 days. 2.
