This present criminal appeal against the judgments and order passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahr, dated 01.04.1989 in Sessions Trial No. 263 of 1983, convicting and sentencing the appellants under section 148 IPC to one year rigorous imprisonment; under section 307/149 IPC to five years rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs. 500/-; under section 302/149 IPC to life imprisonment and fine of Rs. 2,500/-. In failure to deposit the fine, the appellants have been directed to undergo further rigorous imprisonment of two years. All the sentences have been directed to run concurrently. 3.
