This appeal arises out of an order of the learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Jhansi rejecting the appellant's bail vide order dated 13.08.2019 in Case Crime No. 292 of 2017, under Sections 302 and 452 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Jhansi. 2. Subsequently, the appellant, Abhishek Chandel @ Banti has been convicted by the learned Special Judge vide judgement and order dated 14.12.2021 passed in Special Trial No. 375 of 2017, arising out of the aforesaid crime. 3.
