The criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 06.01.1989 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Saharanpur, in Sessions Trial No. 344 of 1988, convicting the appellants under sections 302 read with section 34 IPC and sentencing them to undergo R.I. for life. 3. The case of accused Hanif, Ashiq and Smt. Hasina, was committed to the court of sessions by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Saharannpur, to stand their trial upon the charge under section 302 read with sections 34 of the Indian Penal Code of P.S.
