In place of paragraph "Let the applicant-appellant convicted and sentenced in the aforesaid crime be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned" mentioned in 7th paragraph of the order dated 16.12.2025 shall be read as "Let the applicant-appellant, Anas, convicted and sentenced in the Session Trial No. 231 of 2019, State vs. Mohd. Wahid and other arising out of Case Crime No. 446 of 2018, under Sections- 302/34, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Mainather, District- Moradabad be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned ".
