This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 08.03.1990 passed by Special Judge, D.A.A., Kanpur Dehat in S.T. No. 88 of 1987, State vs. Pappu and another convicting the appellant to undergo life imprisonment under Section 302 IPC. 3. The case of the prosecution as per F.I.R., Ext. Ka-1 and the evidence led in the court is that there had been enmity between deceased, Nanhe Lal and one, Devi Prasad Shukla, in connection with the election of Pradhan. Consequently, Devi Prasad Shukla and accused, Pappu etc., had beaten Nanhe Lal an
