This criminal appeal has been filed by the appellants namely Madho alias Mewa Lal and Ram Deo against the judgement and order dated 10.02.1987 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Gyanpur, Varanasi in Sessions Trial No. 6 of 1983, whereby the learned Judge convicted and sentenced the appellants Mithai Lal to life imprisonment under Section 302 IPC. Accused Ramdeo and Madho alias Mewa Lal were convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for life under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC. 2.
