This criminal appeal has been preferred by the appellants, Ala Baksh and Rashida, against the judgment and order of IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Mathura, dated 26.11.1987 in Sessions Trial No. 80 of 1987 convicting and sentencing the appellant no. 1 under Section 323 IPC to rigorous imprisonment for two years and appellant no. 2 under Section 302 IPC to life imprisonment. 3. Appellant no. 1, Ala Baksh, has died during the pendency of this appeal and appeal has been dismissed as abated against him. 4.
