The present criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 25.08.1984 passed by Sessions Judge, Lalitpur, in S.T. No. 15/1984, (State Vs. Bindoo and others) convicting the appellants under section 302/34 of IPC and sentencing each of them to life imprisonment. 3. The deceased Bhagwan Singh was a resident of village -Avni and the accused belonged to village Bhuchera. Both the villages are adjoining. According to the prosecution, about 14 months before the present occurrence, Bhagwan Singh, the deceased kidnapped, Ram Pyari, the sister of the accused. He was tried for the offence of her kidnapping
