This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order of Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehpur dated 09.11.1989 in Sessions Trial No. 552 of 1987 convicting the appellant nos. 1 and 2 under Section 302 IPC and sentencing them to imprisonment for life and convicting appellant nos. 3 and 4 under Sections 302/34 IPC and sentencing them to life imprisonment. 3.
