This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 06.02.1991 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Budaun, in Sessions Trial No. 197 of 1986, (State Vs Nathu Singh and others), convicting the appellants under sections 302 read with section 34 IPC and sentencing them to under go R.I. for life and a fine of Rs. 5,000/- in default of payment of fine of Rs. 5,000/- each of the appellants shall undergo further R.I. for a period of one year . 3.
