The present application has been filed by the applicant/appellant Chandra Bhan with a prayer to release him on bail during the pendency of the appeal filed against the judgment and order of conviction dated 16.01.2023 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Etawah in Sessions Trial No. 190 of 1988 connected with Sessions Trial No. 256 of 1988, Police Station Kotwali, District Etawah, whereby the applicant has been convicted for the offence under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC and sentenced him for life imprisonment and three years R.I. 3. The application has been filed because the appellant has been taken in custody in execution of the non-bailable-warrant, which was issued in pursuance to the direction issued by this Court vide its order dated 16.10.2025
