This criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order of Sessions Judge, Fatehpur dated 06.07.1985 in Sessions Trial No. 29 of 1985 convicting the deceased-appellant no. 1, under Section- 323 IPC and sentencing him to fine of Rs. 500/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo 3 months rigorous imprisonment and convicting the appellant no. 2, under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to imprisonment for life and to pay a fine of Rs. 500/- and in default of payment of fine to undergo in 3 months rigorous imprisonment and further convicting appellant no. 2 under Section 307 IPC
