This appeal assails the impugned order dated 13th January 2020 passed in Civil Suit No. 571/2018 titled “Chaman Singh Verma & Ors. v. Manish Arora & Ors.”, dismissing the application moved by the appellants/plaintiffs under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’).
