The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 0597/2021 dated 30.07.2021, registered at Police Station Tilak Nagar, Delhi for commission of offences under Sections 498A/406/354/377/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. Respondent No.2, however, left her matrimonial home on account of some temperamental differences and started residing separately within a short span of one month of marriage i.e. since 23.02.2021.
