Jahangir Puri, Delhi, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2. The marriage between complainant (respondent No.2 herein) and petitioner No.1 was solemnized on 01.02.2020 according to Muslim rites and customs. They, however, started living separately within few months of their marriage. 3. Fact, however, remains that on the basis of the complaint made by respondent No.2, the abovesaid FIR was registered on 21.10.2020. 4. Charge-sheet has yet not been filed. The parties have, however, with the intervention of their family members and common friends have reached at an amicable settlement. Copy of such Settlement Deed dated 13.10.2025 has also been placed on record and, in terms of settlement, the parties approached Family Court and vide order dated 14.11.2025, the marriage between them has been declared to be dissolved by way of mutual consent/Mubarat.
