The present appeal is filed against the judgment dated 11.07.2024 (hereafter ‘impugned judgment’) and order on sentence dated 13.02.2025 (hereafter ‘impugned order on sentence’) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (‘ASJ’), South East District, 2. By the impugned judgment, the learned ASJ convicted the appellant for the offence under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (‘POCSO Act’).
