After some arguments a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioners to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to them to file separate suits under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the concerned competent authority. 2. The writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. 3. It is made clear that in case petitioners will file separate suites before the concerned competent authority under Section 116 of the U.P.
