The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the prayer to comply with the order dated 09.10.2024 passed by the respondent No.1/Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil Harraiya District Basti in the proceeding under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 24(2) of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006 by the petitioner which was numbered as Case No.4218 of 202024 (Computerized Case No.T202417140104218) before the respondent No.1 in which order dated 09.10.2024 has been passed in favour petitioner.
