Proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before the Respondent No.4 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Kol, District- Aligarh in Case No.18677 of 2021. In the said proceedings, an objection was also filed by the petitioner on 18.08.2025. 2. It is argued that though the case under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before the Respondent No.4 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Kol, District- Aligarh since 2021, hence a prayer has been made to direct the respondent no.4 to decide the aforesaid case, expeditiously. 3. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In this view of the matter and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.4 namely Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Kol, District- Aligarh to decide the case filed against the petitio
