The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayers:- 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the controversy involved in the present petition is absolutely identical to Writ C No.22475 of 2024 (Aas Mohammad And Another Vs. State of U.P. and others) in which following order was passed on 14.11.2024:- 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Respondents No.1 to 4 and Sri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.5. 2. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioners that father of the petitioners namely Rafeeq was granted 'Patta' of agricultural land of Khasra No. 229 area 0.2970 hectare in the year 1980. The approval to the aforesaid patta was granted on 26.11.1980 and possession of the land in question was granted on 21.01.1981. The name of the father of the petitio
